The sound of children's laughter is music for the soul. In this fun and engaging class these super moves are created for children to explore, they offer great opportunities for some exercise and stretching, body awareness, confidence building and most importantly FUN!
We use different items to keep the children engaged but the big hit is always the parachute and the musical instruments.
